How to Manage Your Tasks

Your tasks are end-to-end encrypted. Only your devices can read them.

Create a Task

1. Open the Tasks view.
2. Tap or click "Add Task."
3. Enter the task details (title, due date, priority, notes).
4. Save. The task is encrypted on your device and synced.

Complete a Task

1. Tap or click the checkbox next to the task.
2. The completion status syncs across all your devices.

Edit a Task

1. Open the task you want to change.
2. Make your changes.
3. Save. The updated task is re-encrypted and synced.

Delete a Task

1. Open the task.
2. Select delete.
3. The deletion syncs across all your devices.
